This is our most popular option giving people an excellent introduction to a great variety of sports in a relatively short period of time. Our courses will run from 3 days to one week and you can choose any combination of the following.

  • Trekking
  • Climbing
  • Paragliding
  • Kayaking
  • Cycling
  • Scuba diving

Whilst you don't need any experience to participate, a basic level of fitness is advisable. Please call at least 3 weeks in advance and e-mail us for a full list of course dates and prices.
